Please take a picture the same day or the next business day and email it to Customerservice@raesmithforever.com, and we will do our best to resolve this issue. After 11:59pm on the second business day, we will not accept claims for damaged items. This must be brought to our attention immediately after receiving your package. The item must be in unworn original condition with all original packaging when we receive it to complete the claim.
Matching addresses are preferred, orders without matching addresses are subject to review.
Yes, a confirmation email with all tracking information will be sent to you once your package leaves our facility.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of your delivery date. The item must be in possession of the carrier (scanned in) by the third day after you receive your package. The item must be unworn in original condition with all original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Discounted and pre-ordered items cannot be refunded, only exchanged for an item of the same value.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and exchanges for international orders.
All return shipping fees will be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made by us.

PREORDERS
Pre-orders confirm that you’ll get items that are in limited supply or high demand upon release.
Pre-orders are expected to ship during the estimated time frame on the product page. After your pre-order is placed, no changes can be made to the order. No refunds are available for pre-orders. You can request to exchange your item for a different size or color after you receive it if stock is available. The item must be unworn in original condition with all original packaging to be eligible for an exchange.
For pre-orders, your card will be charged in full at or shortly after you place the pre-order. This is required to ensure you receive your pre-ordered item promptly upon its official release.

We are not responsible for your package or delivery timeframes once it is in the possession of the carrier. If your package is late, lost in transit or issues of any kind occur after the carrier has possession of your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist the best way we can. All shipment timeframes are calculated with business days excluding weekends, Holidays, and high-volume periods.
